Returns
1. Customers have 30 days to return unopened items and in its original packaging.
2. Contact us to receive an RMA number which is needed in order to return your package.
3. If buyer changes mind or no longer needs item, the buyer will pay the return postage and 20% restocking fee.
4. If the item is defective within the guarantee period buyer can send the item back for replacement. Seller pays for all shipping fees.
Exchange
You can exchange your item as long as the original item has been unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days from delivery.
Cancellation
Please contact us ASAP to have your order canceled. If buyer does not cancel within reasonable time the order will be shipped and any additional fees such as postage and restocking fee will be paid by Buyer.
